Christ Church, Southwark, London, UK, SE1. Welcome to the Christ Church website. Christ Church, as part of the worldwide Anglican Communion seeks to proclaim the Good News of Jesus Christ, and to help build the Kingdom of God in the community of North Southwark.


The area of London in which Christ Church is situated, is one of the fastest changing areas of this country. There is a massive new amount of building, both commercial and residential, planned over the the next few years and at Christ Church we seek to provide a place in which some of the crucial issues around the 'Regeneration' of the area, and wider, can be discussed. In all that we do, we seek to proclaim the love of God and be a place of welcome in which people can experience something of the 'holy'.
